Semi Independent Living Services (SILS) – This program provides support to individuals with an intellectual disability who live in their own home or apartment. Specific services provided are based on individual need and are funded through each county’s SILS budget.

Hourly services – waiver funded – In-home services are available for individuals who are eligible for services through the DD, BI and CADI waivers. These services are provided for children, adolescents and adults who live in their family home or their own home or apartment. The amount of support provided varies greatly and is based on the individual’s needs.

Residential support – waiver funded – These services provide up to 24-hour a day support for individuals through the DD, BI, CADI and EW waiver programs. Services are provided in homes that are licensed as Corporate Foster Care (CFC) sites by the MN Department of Human Services and in unlicensed homes that are owned or leased by the person receiving services. These services are typically shared living arrangements. The amount of service provided is based on each individual’s needs. We provide this type of support for both children and adults who have a variety of service needs.

Residential support – ICF/IID – These services provide 24-hour a day supports to individuals who qualify for ICF/ID funded services. The Home For Creative Living in Windom, MN provides services for both children and adults. Windom RAI and Luverne RAI provide services for adults with intellectual disabilities. All of our ICF homes are physically accessible.
