Opportunities exist in more than 20 counties throughout Minnesota and include positions catering to residential, personal and elderly services. Because we provide quality care to individuals who may need care around the clock, hours are varied and may include overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Position Summaries

Direct Support Professional (DSP):  A DSP comprises the largest number of employees in our company. DSPs provide direct support to meet the needs of each individual we support in a person-centered environment. DSPs are required to have a satisfactory criminal background study through the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS), and to have a current driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. No education is required as we provide onsite, classroom and online training.

Personal Care Assistant (PCA) and Assisted Living Attendant (ALA): PCAs and ALAs provide personal care and support to individuals in a home or assisted living setting. No education is required as we provide onsite, classroom and online training.  PCA employees must be enrolled with the Department of Human Services (DHS) and meet their employment criteria.

Team Lead: A Team Lead provides leadership and support to a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). They assure that direct support services are provided to our individuals to achieve their greatest potential. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Team Lead Assist (TLA): A Team Lead Assistant directly assists the Team Lead to manage the day to day activities at a specific site. Generally, the TLA has prior experience and/or training in the human services field, however internal training is also available.
