Comments: This beautiful home is located close to the fairgrounds, the city civic center, and to the men’s place of employment. Four bedrooms and a bath are located on the main floor. Staff is trained in CPR and first aid along with other HSI training.
Two men work for MRCI and one for Enterprise north. They enjoy shopping, watching movies, going for walks, and going out to eat. Two of the men have bikes they like to ride in town. One enjoys books and another loves to collect Coke collectables.

This is a one-story four bedroom home. The main level includes three bedrooms a full bath that is wheelchair accessible, a full kitchen, dining room, and living room, ramp into the front door and a deck in the front yard. There is also a basement that has a bedroom, full bathroom, staff office and storage. Staff are trained to be knowledgeable with seizure disorders, medication administration and behavioral interventions.
Currently the ages of the individuals range from 37-44. Each of the individuals enjoy their own variety of activities, some of which include: shopping, going to movies, playing video games, watching TV, attending recreational activities, barbequing outdoors, walking in the neighborhood and attending local festivals.

The home is a rambler style home that is located across the street from the Brown County fairgrounds, and in close proximity to the city civic center. The main floor is an open floor concept and has a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen along with four bedrooms. The house also is wheelchair accessible. Basement is partially finished with exercise equipment, a sensory swing, and a large chalkboard wall. Each Individual has their own private bedroom and share the remainder of the home. The main floor also has one bathroom /laundry area and another full bath that has a large whirlpool. The home also has an attached garage. The open bedroom is fully furnished with a full-size bed, dresser, closet, and cable connection. There are significant behavioral issues and the home is staffed according to the individuals needs. Staff are trained to work with individuals with both developmental disabilities and mental health issues. Staff are trained in CPR, first aid, behavioral supports and other HSI and site specific trainings.
Currently there are three males between the ages of 17-26 that reside at this home. Two of the individuals living in the home currently work at the local vocational worksite and the other individual attends New Ulm Senior High School. The individuals enjoy shopping, watching movies, going for walks, and going out to eat
