There are 3 family areas within the home. There is a spacious backyard. The home is close to shopping, fast food restaurants, and a convenience store. Shopping, music, fishing, sports, going for walks, playing video games, spending time out on the deck in the summer and also participating in Special Olympic sports are some of the other activities that the individuals enjoy. There are significant behavior issues and the home is staffed according to the individuals needs. Staff is trained to work with individuals with both developmental disabilities and mental health issues.
