Granada is a city in Martin County, Minnesota, United States. Continuously populated since the late 19th century, after experiencing a boom during World War Two, the population declined significantly – recorded at 303 as of the 2010 census.^[6]

This is a beautiful older farm home located five miles from a small farming community and ten miles from Fairmont, MN.
Acreage has a large yard with plenty of room for feeding the vast array of birds and enjoying the outdoors.  This site is also home to a dog, Rosie and two house cats that belong to the
individuals living at this home.  All are animal lovers!  Horses are kept in the pasture on the building site which the individuals enjoy watching and petting.  It is a working farm and there are plenty of opportunities
to watch spring planting and fall harvest! The open bedroom is located on the 2^ndstory of the home.  The home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and a three season porch.

There are currently three individuals between the ages of 69 – 72 years old.  Two of the individuals are retired.  The individuals enjoy gardening, bowling, county fairs, local music, playing bingo, movies, swimming year round at the lakes in Fairmont and at the local pools.  They frequent the many beautiful parks in the area for picnics and walk the walking trails regularly.  They do the then majority of their shopping in Fairmont..  They do occasionally enjoy activities and shopping in Mankato located 45 miles from their home.  All enjoy participating in People’s first activities in Blue Earth, MN located 15 miles away.  They are members of league bowling in Winnebago, MN and frequent the bowling alley during the off season.  All enjoy spending time outdoors. Staff are trained in working with persons with dementia, Seizure disorder, COPD, Diabetes, Autism and behavior disorders and mental illness.
